YouTuber Finds Lost GoPro Video of Man Who Drowned and Returns It to His Family

Rich Abernathy was filming a dive for YouTube when he found an old GoPro partly buried in the muck. The camera had captured the last moments of Richard Lee Ragland III’s life.
